Rewards Hub brings flights, hotels, Apple products, dining and cashback into a single platform for over one million ENBD X users
Emirates NBD has added a rewards and commerce hub to its ENBD X app, pulling travel, shopping, dining, gift cards and cashback into one place, pushing the bank further into super app territory.
Rewards Hub, built with Vernost Marketing Technology Solutions, is live for ENBD X’s one million active users. Customers can book flights and hotels, buy Apple products with points or card payments, access dining and entertainment deals, convert loyalty points to airline miles, and earn cashback through partner merchants, without leaving the app.
Payment options are flexible: card, Plus Points, a split of both, or instalment plans.
To mark the launch, Emirates NBD is offering up to 15% off flights, hotels, Apple Store purchases and local experiences for the first month, plus a weekly AED 10,000 draw for 12 weeks.
“Customers today expect seamless, personalised and value-driven digital experiences,” said Rohit Garg, Group Head of Retail Products and Chief Digital Officer of Retail Banking and Wealth Management. “Rewards Hub has been designed to deliver exactly that through a single integrated platform.”
Emirates NBD holds AED 1.2 trillion in total assets, serves over 10 million customers across 13 countries, and already processes 97% of transactions outside its branches. Rewards Hub is its clearest move yet toward building a financial super app.
