The platform rollout, paired with a recent core systems upgrade, aims to give relationship managers sharper portfolio tools across Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore
Cathay United Bank Private Banking has become the first private bank in Taiwan to deploy BlackRock’s Aladdin Wealth platform, a move the bank says will tighten its advisory workflows and bring more consistency to portfolio management across its regional operations.
The platform integrates portfolio analytics, risk monitoring and client management into a single system, the same technology used by major institutional investors globally. For CUB’s relationship managers, that means faster proposal generation and more timely, client-specific insights. Investment consultants get a unified view of product information, while portfolio advisory teams gain tools designed to speed up advisory delivery.
The rollout follows a recently completed core system upgrade and is intended to support straight-through-processing efficiency as the bank scales its wealth offering across Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore.
“Our core system upgrade combined with the Aladdin Wealth platform elevates how we serve clients at scale, enabling deeper personalisation, sharper portfolio insights, and stronger support for their long-term financial goals,” said Robert Fuh, CEO of Cathay United Bank Private Banking.
James Verner, Head of Aladdin Business Development APAC at BlackRock, said the platform positions CUB Private Banking “to strengthen investment decision making and client engagement, while supporting sustainable business growth in an increasingly complex market environment.”
Cathay United Bank is now extending Aladdin Wealth across its broader wealth management business beyond the private bank, deepening what both firms describe as an enterprise-level partnership.
Pixel 4a Review
The Google Pixel 4A currently tops our rank of the greatest Samsung phones available, beating even the pricier iPhone Ultra Max Mega.
So unsurprisingly this is an absolutely fantastic phone. The design isn't massively changed from the previous generation, but most other elements have been upgraded. This is what we call a big boost.
